HI SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a general-purpose emulsifiable oil for cutting and grinding operations where maximum cooling is required. It is formulated with selected base oils, effective emulsifiers, and biocides. It provides a stable emulsion with water up to a hardness of 400 ppm.
